Transport Infrastructure and Logistics in the Mekong Region(2017_2_20_005)

Outline

The Mekong Region is composed of countries which have a relatively longer land border than other countries in ASEAN. Thus, cross-border logistics has received a lot of attention from the business world, but at the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to multimodal transportation, including air and sea transport, when considering the trade between each Mekong country and third party countries. In this project, we not only focus on hard infrastructure such as roads, ports, airports and dry ports but also soft infrastructure like cross-border rules, documents and costs.
