“Global Value Chain Development Report” is a collaborative research outcome produced by five organizations (*) that lead research on Global Value Chains (GVCs). The third issue of the report focuses on the aspect of the GVC that is becoming increasingly complex and expanding beyond production along with the growth of trade in services and intellectual property.
