Livelihood of the people with disabilities in Vietnam during the Doi Moi period(2020_2_40_005)

Outline

Since 2008, Vietnam has been middle-income country. Since that time, the country has realized the importance of enhancing welfare to support sustainable growth. To that end, it is important to provide welfare for people with disabilities. However, the livelihoods of people with disabilities, especially those living in rural area, have yet to be fully clarified. Therefore, we will investigate the livelihoods of Vietnamese people with disabilities living in rural areas, based on the social model of disability as well as the life story approach of sociology.
