The 10 Years of Industrial Reconstraction from Chilean Earthquake of 201（2020_2_40_028）
Outline
The 10 years have been passed since the 2010 Chile earthquake and tsunami. The temporal negative shock on the Chilean macroeconomy and local economy are already things of the past, and there has been an apparent recovery of basic infrastructure. On the other hand, the replacement plan for coastal housing areas and the recovery of the coastal fisheries industry are still underway.
This study focusses on the difference in the industrial organization structures of the fisheries, agriculture-agribusiness, and forestry-pulp industries so as to explain the different path of recovery taken since the aftermath of the great earthquake.
