Characteristics of Industrial Organization and Corporate Management in Iran（2020_2_40_024）
Outline
Why do very small companies in the private sector of Iran dare to avoid vertical and horizontal integration and choose seemingly unstable independent management, and what kind of choice is available for individual companies' business maintenance and asset conservation? What is the merit? In this study, the apparel industry is taken as an example, and by combining questionnaire surveys and interviews, the characteristics of individual company organization and management strategy in Iran's fluid business environment will be clarified.
