Characeristics of Industrial Organization and Business Management in Iran (2020_2_40_024)
One small-scale Iranian firm, although minute in size, presumes to avoid vertical and horizontal integration with other firms and to cling to independent management—this seems to be quite unstable. Does such a choice advantage the firm in its business operations and in asset maintenance? Through a questionnaire survey and interviews targeting, as a case study, Iranian apparel manufacturing firms, this project clarifies the unique features of this Iranian firm in personnel organization and business management strategy under a changeable business environment.
