This research project aims to stimulate the discussion concerning the governance of cooperative solutions, especially for the various intricate sustainability problems in the East-Asia region. In order to go beyond the limit of bilateral or multilateral approaches by individual sectors, several special case studies on complex cross-border and cross-sector issues will clarify where and what the true nature of the problem is.
