Mexico in the 21st Century: Modernizing Economy and Polarizing Society (2016_2_40_004)
Outline
In
Mexico,
the
neoliberal
economic
reforms
and
political
reforms
have
not
achieved
the
economic
development
and
democratization
initially
expected.
The
reasons
for
this
will
be
researched
by
analyzing
the
mobility
and
logic
of
the
economy,
politics
and
society
in
the
past
decade.
21st
Century
Mexico
will
be
presented
as
a
place
where
these
logics
compete
with
each
other.
Period
April 2016 - March 2018
