Outline
The primary focus of traditional geopolitics literature that discusses global geopolitics is on sea and land powers. This study analyzes states in rimland areas, as they are essential in shaping regional geopolitics. By comparing regionalism policy conducted by Vietnam, Thailand, India, Iran, and Turkey, this study attempts to theorize the behaviors of rimland states.
