Outline
In recent years, the field of nursing has seen a dramatic increase in nurses working internationally. This research aims to examine the characteristics of foreign-trained nurses, along with the factors, processes, and situations of the migration of nurses working internationally. The example given is taken from Indian nurses in Gulf countries based on surveys conducted in said countries.
