【Change of User Services in Library (details in text)】Due to mold infestation, an advance reservation to visit is required and no access to the second floor and above is allowed from Monday, 8th April. 

Due to mold infestation in the IDE library (the Library, hereafter), only reserved use of the Library's collection and e-resources with bibliographic information specified will be permitted on the first floor, starting from Monday, 8th April. No access to the second floor and above will be allowed.

If the materials you wish to use are also available at other libraries, please utilize those libraries.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please refer to the following for the reservation procedure.

1. How to reserve

Advance reservations are required to use the materials and e-resources provided by the Library. Reservations can only be made by email.
Only those who wish to use materials held by the Library, please search the bibliographic information (title, author, call number, etc.) on the OPAC and submit your request by e-mail to Libser at least five (5) business days in advance. For electronic materials, please check the title on our website (electronic materials). We will confirm the availability of the materials and reply to you.

  • *We may decline your request depending on the condition of the materials.
  • *Please check the Library calendar on the OPAC for open days and hours.
  • *Materials will be delivered to the first floor by staff. Access to the second floor or above is not allowed.
2. Notice for users
  • Wearing masks in the Library and washing hands after using materials is recommended.
  • Please refrain from visiting if you have any allergies or health concerns.
