Previous research
I examined how globalization and structural change interact with labour market institutions to shape labor market outcomes of individuals in developing countries. I have worked on the relationships between migration and education choices in Nepal as well as foreign direct investment and Schooling attainment in Vietnam.
Current research projects
I am studying how technology and global value chain participation affects human capital and employment of Indonesian workers.
