Previous research
My research has mainly focused on labor-related issues such as employment and labor relations, labor management/human resource management, and labor policies. At IDE, I have conducted research on trade unionism in India and India's labor and social security policies, analyses of Indian economy, studies on the elderly in India, among others.
Current research projects
In recent years, I have been studying labor movements in India and other developing countries.
