International Labor Migration of Women in Sub-Saharan Africa(2017_2_20_003)

Outline

The objective of this research project is to elucidate the current situation and problems of women's international labor migration in Sub-Saharan African countries. While international organizations have recently paid more attention to the social effects of women's international labor migration, little Japanese literature has dealt with women's international labor migration in Africa. This research aims to elucidate using case studies how African women's international labor migration has been integrated into the global society and economy.
