Formation process of administrative organizations for resource and environmental policies(2016_2_40_008)

Outline

Resource and environmental policies are often referred to as "late-comer public policies." The position they assume in the public policy spheres in each country can be analyzed by investigating the formation and transformation process of administrative organizations in charge of resource and environmental issues. This research project compares the positions of administrative bodies in charge of resource and environmental policies among various countries and attempts to elucidate the policy issues behind the different positions of these organizations within the entire government.
