The Economic Policy of Moon Jae-in Administration (2020_2_40_025)

Outline

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics and effects of the economic policy of the Moon Jae-in administration of South Korea that was born as a left-wing regime. In particular, this study focuses on not only the policy direction and specific contents, but also the policy background, including how Korean left-wing politicians and intellectuals, who support the Moon administration, recognize the current socio-economic issues of South Korea and how to solve them. Furthermore, this study examines whether the policies have contributed to improving the socio-economic problems in South Korea, based on the results of previous research in IDE.
