Mexico in the 21st Century: Modernizing Economy and Polarizing Society
Outline
In Mexico the neoliberal economic reforms and political reforms have not achieved the economic development and democratization initially expected. The reason for this will be researched by analyzing the mobility and its logic of economy, politics and society of the past decade. The 21st Century Mexico will be presented as a ground where these logics compete with each other.
