Second Year of the Trump Administration in the United States and the International Relations in the MENA Region(2018_1_10_002)

Outline
The MENA region is experiencing a tough process of re-construction and rehabilitation in several war-torn countries including Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Libya. In our research project, we intend to approach this region through three sub-groups with fresh interest: “Trump Administration and the Regional Relations in the MENA Region,” “Kurdish Region after the ISIS Era” and “Searching for Stability in Afghanistan.” In these sub-groups, we will especially focus on the Syrian peace process, Egyptian struggle for development, Saudi Arabia-Iran relations and other related issues.
