Current Conditions and Challenges of Rice Production in Cote d'Ivoire
Outline
The ultimate goals of this research project are to explore the current conditions of rice production in Cote d’Ivoire with respect to rice and credit markets and to explore the impacts of contract farming with foreign enterprises on rice productivity.
Toward those goals, this research project will conduct an intensive survey of about 200 rice farmers around Yamoussoukro.
