Education of Persons with Disabilities in Developing Countries

Disability issues are an important component of poverty reduction. In order for persons with disabilities to be employed in the general labor market, adequate education and training must be provided. This research project will focus on education for persons with disabilities in developing countries, as well as analyze the education law system and the situation regarding school attendance referring to the principles of the U.N. Convention for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, so as to find problems that hinder the education of persons with disabilities.
