The demand for nursing and elderly care is growing in Thailand, as the country faces the progressive ageing of the population and has geared healthcare industries towards international services. Accordingly, the country has enhanced the national capacity to cope with the increasing demand. This seminar simply explains the emerging trends, issues and strategies of nursing workforce in Thailand.
