#CANCELED# Book Launch "A World of Three Cultures: Honor, Achievement and Joy"

Abstract

This is book launch by the author. In this book the author presents a provocative look at the impact of culture on global development. Drawing on extensive quantitative data, he identifies three "hyper clusters" of culture in the world - honor, achievement and joy - and argues that these cultures are directly related to the speed with which social, cultural and economic development occurs. The speaker is a former Ambassador of Mexico to the United States. Prior to serving as Ambassador, he was Adjunct Professor and Director of the Judicial Reform Program at The Fletcher School, Tufts University. He is also a past president of the World Association for Public Opinion Research.
